Daniel Grajzl, Advisor
Daniel (Dan) Grajzl founded Park Place with partner John Warcaba as a computer hardware reseller in 1991. Dan is a lifelong student, constantly reading, studying people and businesses he admires, and this has been a key contributor to Park Place’s evolution as a company. By putting clients first, and smartly reacting to the marketplace, Park Place has become the leading Independent Service Provider for data center hardware maintenance. Dan is still actively involved in the image and culture of Park Place as well as being a serial entrepreneur.
Dan inherited much from his parents, but perhaps the most notable is his lifelong passion for learning, growing, and striving to improve. Dan Grajzl began his career in technology managing projects for diagnostic imaging products at Johnson and Johnson. Always evolving, Dan’s technology interests progressed to computers, and he joined a leading computer reseller. Dan began building long lasting relationships with clients, vendors and partners, but perhaps the most important relationship he built there was with friend and partner John Warcaba. What started as a competitive relationship quickly became extremely synergistic, as they discovered an intense shared work ethic and commitment to integrity.
Dan Grajzl and John Warcaba founded Park Place together in 1991, and the business quickly grew due to their Service First philosophy and sweat equity. The company’s dedication to its core value of accountability reflects their shared commitment to always doing what they say they will do. While always living up to obligations is sometimes costly, both Dan and John believe that these are some of the most worthwhile investments they have ever made. And as evidenced by their loyalty, Park Place Technologies’ clients agree. The two also own Boardwalk Enterprises Ltd., a commercial real estate company.
His passion for evolving and collaborating permeates the company’s culture, and ensures our ongoing personal growth and development. Dan challenges himself in his personal life as well. He is justifiably proud of his young family and the country in which he has been able to accomplish so much.
