Pricing Analyst

Park Place International is seeking a highly motivated Pricing Analyst to participate in a highly dynamic, team-orientated environment.

Responsibilities:
To price maintenance for the company in an efficient and economical manner, following established policies and procedures in processing quotes.

Essential Functions:
• Work with hardware vendors on maintenance pricing
• Maintain vendor maintenance pricing database
• Put together complex quotes for large vendors
• Generate daily maintenance quotes for sales
• Keep accurate records, including price histories and any problems in doing business with particular vendors.

Qualifications:
• Multi-vendor hardware product knowledge
• Prior experience in the hardware computer industry
• Detail-oriented, creative problem solver with superior organization skills
• Able to communicate with internal and external customers and listen to their needs in a professional and efficient manner
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Dedicated team player willing to take initiative and be accountable with ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Able to work in a fast paced multi-task environment with flexibility and a positive attitude
• Must be able to work under pressure, work independently and have excellent telephone skills

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in Pricing preferred
• Minimum high school diploma; Associates Degree preferred
• Excellent PC skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as being a team member
• Self-starter
