Park Place International services over 1000 client sites in North America, from our world class 7x24 Client Service and Support Center in Boston, MA which provides event management as well as Level 3 engineering support.
Our service organization establishes a dedicated Park Place Team to create a prioritized and integrated readiness plan around workflow, operations, delivery and logistics. Your account executive will continue to work with you on any business issues, while the Service delivery team establishes a pre and post start date communications plan with you.
